Our Commitment
At IOBeauty, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and products with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. This Refund Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for all clients.

1. Services

  • All services are non-refundable.

  • Due to the time, products, and personalized care involved, refunds cannot be issued once a service has been completed.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your results, notify us during your appointment or within 24 hours so we can assess the issue and offer a suitable solution (e.g., touch-up, correction, or adjustment).

  • For long-term treatments such as permanent makeup, follow-up sessions may be required to perfect results. These sessions are part of the process and are not grounds for a refund.

2. Deposits & Cancellations

  • All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if the appointment is rescheduled with sufficient notice (24–48 hours, depending on the policy).

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit and may require prepayment to rebook.

3. Retail Products

  • Unopened and unused products may be returned or exchanged within 7–14 days of purchase, with the original receipt.

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they are defective.

  • If you have an allergic reaction or product concern, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and provide appropriate support.

4. Gift Cards & Packages

  • Gift cards, prepaid packages, and special offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • They may be transferred to another person upon request and approval.

We appreciate your understanding. Our goal is always to provide a positive, relaxing experience, and we are committed to resolving any concerns wherever possible.
